This page explains what this website stores on your device and why. The short version: almost nothing, and analytics only if you say yes.
Signing in to the staff area sets authentication cookies, and your cookie choice itself is remembered on your device so we do not ask on every page. These are necessary for the site to function and do not track you.
If you accept analytics, we enable Google Analytics to understand which pages help people and which do not. It sets cookies and processes usage data under Google’s terms. If you also send us an enquiry, we record the Google Analytics identifiers for that visit alongside it, so we can see the journey that led to it. If you decline — or simply ignore the banner — no analytics run and no analytics cookies are set.
If you accept marketing attribution, we store one cookie called parseh_attr for up to 180 days. It remembers which campaign or link brought you to the site — the first one, and the most recent — together with the page you arrived on. If you later send us an enquiry, that is recorded with it, so we know which of our campaigns are worth repeating. It holds no name, no contact details and nothing about you personally, and it is deleted the moment you withdraw this permission. If you decline, no such cookie is written; we may still carry campaign details in the web address itself as you move between pages, which stores nothing on your device.
You can withdraw or grant either permission at any time:
