BSc (Hons) Business Management

BSc (Hons) Business Management is a full-time degree covering the main functions of business, including marketing, human resources, accounting, leadership and operations. It may suit adults returning to education who want a broad business qualification, with routes available with a foundation year and/or placement year.

About this course

This business management degree develops a broad understanding of how organisations operate, make decisions and respond to commercial, legal and social change. You will examine management, marketing, finance, economics, leadership, operations and the use of data in business.

As you progress, you can build knowledge of areas including digital marketing, consumer behaviour, international human resources, corporate governance, project management and business law. The course also considers ethics, social responsibility and legal issues affecting the gig economy.

Full-time study is available over three years, or four years with either a foundation year or placement year. A five-year route combines a foundation year and placement year.
