BSc (Hons) Business Management with Marketing
This business management degree develops knowledge of how organisations operate while focusing on marketing strategy, customer behaviour, branding and digital channels. It may suit students who want to build business knowledge alongside practical marketing understanding, including research, communications, analytics and sales.
About this course
The course combines broad business management study with a sustained focus on marketing. You will examine how organisations are managed, how markets and consumers influence decisions, and how marketing activity can be planned, communicated and evaluated.
Alongside marketing management, strategic marketing planning, marketing communications and digital marketing, the course covers accounting and finance, quantitative methods, economics, leadership, corporate governance and international strategic management. Later study develops areas including strategic brand management and social media, consumer psychology and behaviour, digital marketing analytics, digital sales management, innovation and entrepreneurship.
Full-time study is available as a three-year degree. Options may also include a foundation year, a placement year, or both, extending the course to four or five years. The foundation year introduces academic, communication, digital and research skills alongside core concepts in business, law, computer science, criminology and psychology.

Typical entry requirements for the degree route are:
- A Levels: BBC - BTEC: DMM - 112 UCAS Tariff points from three A Levels or an equivalent qualification - GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above, or an equivalent qualification
