This four-year BSc (Hons) Construction Management with Foundation Year develops knowledge of how construction projects are designed, planned, costed, procured and managed. It covers the technical, commercial, legal and operational considerations involved in the built environment.

Assessment
Assessment may include portfolios, essays, reports, online multiple-choice tests, group work, poster presentations, individual and group project assignments, and presentations.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
Standard entry requires a Level 3 qualification equivalent to 60 credits or 80 UCAS tariff points, plus GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or CEFR B1 equivalent. Applicants also complete an interview assessment covering listening, speaking, numeracy and writing.
Applicants aged 21 or over who do not meet the standard entry requirements may still apply if they can show willingness and commitment, alongside relevant academic, professional or vocational experience. These applicants are assessed through an interview covering listening, speaking and writing.
English language requirements
Applicants need GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C, or CEFR B1 equivalent.
