About this course
This part-time online MA is designed for people already working in a leadership, management or administrative role in higher education. It examines the sector’s current priorities and challenges, including policy and practice, the student experience, quality assurance and widening participation.
You will develop reflective approaches to professional practice while considering leadership at different levels of an organisation. The course also explores contemporary leadership models, leadership behaviours and the practical work of leading change.
A Change Project provides an opportunity to apply learning to an issue connected with your professional setting. Through this work, you will consider the drivers and barriers to change, select appropriate models and strategies, and communicate a planned response.
