About this course
This MBA develops practical management knowledge for people looking to strengthen their leadership, strategic thinking and decision-making skills. It considers how organisations operate in a global context and how leaders can respond to technological change, sustainability priorities and business risk.
You will explore the use of AI and analytics in strategic decisions, alongside accounting, marketing, operations and human capital management. The course also includes integrated MBA challenge modules, where you consider leadership mindset, strategy formulation, execution and organisation-wide decision-making.
Optional subject areas allow you to focus on themes such as enterprise transformation, global legal frameworks, health and social care management, innovation, cyber risk or professional services leadership. A capstone module brings together professional development and career planning.
The course is available full-time over one year, with a two-year full-time option including Professional Practice. Online study is available over one year full-time or two years part-time.

Assessment
Assessment is through individual assignments, group work, project work and portfolios.
Entry requirements
Applicants normally need a UK bachelor's degree in any subject with at least a 2:2, or an equivalent international qualification.
A non-standard entry route is available for applicants who do not meet the standard academic requirements.
