This part-time online MSc Business Psychology explores the application of psychology to work, organisations and people management. About this course
This online MSc Business Psychology examines how psychological knowledge can be applied to workplace issues. It brings together occupational psychology, research methods and practical approaches to understanding people, teams and organisations.

Entry requirements
Applicants normally need a UK honours degree at 2:2 or above, or an equivalent qualification, in psychology, a social science or business.
Applicants without a UK honours degree may be considered case by case if they have extensive professional work experience relevant to business psychology.
You will also need a mathematics qualification equivalent to at least GCSE grade C. If you cannot provide GCSE mathematics evidence or an equivalent qualification, you may be able to complete an assessment-free module before the course starts instead.
For progression to the British Psychological Society (BPS) Qualification in Occupational Psychology (Stage 2), you need a BPS-accredited undergraduate psychology degree that provides Graduate Basis for Chartership (GBC).
English language requirements
IELTS 6.5 overall, with no element below 6.0; TOEFL iBT 90; or an equivalent English-language qualification. Evidence of previous study in English may also be accepted, such as a letter confirming English as the medium of instruction.

The course may support progression into business psychology, HR, recruitment and selection, workplace assessment and training, employee wellbeing, leadership development, coaching or mentoring, and business consultancy. It may also be relevant to management and people-focused roles in public sector organisations. Progression towards registered occupational psychologist status requires the relevant additional professional qualifications and eligibility.
