MSc Health and Care Management (Top-Up)
This online MSc Health and Care Management top-up is for applicants with prior postgraduate-level study or a relevant Level 7 apprenticeship. About this course
This MSc top-up course is designed for people who already hold 120 postgraduate credits in a relevant subject or have completed the Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship. It provides the final stage of postgraduate study through an independent research project focused on health and care management.
You will develop a research proposal, analyse a management or public health problem, interpret relevant data and evidence, and produce an implementation plan that considers leadership and risk management. The course is suited to professionals seeking to strengthen their ability to evaluate health and social care services and make evidence-informed recommendations.
Study is online and flexible, with a duration of six months or more part-time.

Entry requirements
Applicants need 120 postgraduate-level credits in a relevant discipline, or the Senior Leader Apprenticeship at Level 7 (UK IfATE ST0480).
English language requirements
IELTS 6.5 overall, with no component below 6.0; TOEFL iBT 90; or an equivalent qualification. Evidence of previous study taught in English, such as a letter confirming English as the medium of instruction, may also be accepted.
