MSc Human Resources with Employment Law

About this course
This MSc combines human resource management with employment law, helping you examine how organisations manage people while meeting legal, ethical and strategic responsibilities. It considers people management in both national and international contexts, alongside the role of HR in organisational leadership and business decision-making.
You will study strategic HR management, employment law, mediation and alternative dispute resolution. The course also explores global business strategy, innovation in a digital age, business ethics, leadership and people development. A business simulation and work on contemporary business issues provide opportunities to apply these areas to organisational scenarios.
The course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Study is available full-time over one or two years, or part-time over two years.

Entry requirements
A UK bachelor's degree with a 2:2 classification or above, or an equivalent qualification.
