This MSc develops management knowledge for international tourism and hospitality settings. It combines operational and strategic subjects, covering service innovation, customer focus, digital systems, marketing, people management and financial decision-making.
You will consider tourism and hospitality in a global market, including current sector issues and the role of information and communication technology in tourism services. The course also builds research skills through research methodologies and a substantial final piece of work: a dissertation, integrated case study analysis or business development proposal.

Entry requirements
You will need to submit an application form and two references: one academic reference and one work-based reference.
You will also need a minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline.
English language requirements
IELTS 6.0 overall, with at least 5.5 in each component, or an equivalent recognised English language qualification.
