About this course
This MSc Project Management develops an understanding of how projects are planned, governed and delivered in complex organisational settings. You will consider project management methodologies alongside strategy, risk, uncertainty, resource management and stakeholder engagement.
The course also examines leadership, strategic decision-making and sustainable project governance. You will explore how innovation and technology can influence project delivery, while developing professional skills for managing people, priorities and competing project requirements.
A major project or dissertation provides an opportunity to investigate a project management topic in depth and apply the principles studied across the course.

Entry requirements
Applicants with a degree or equivalent qualification completed within the last five years from the UK, a majority English-speaking country, or who are nationals of a majority English-speaking country, must have a minimum 2:2 degree classification, complete a 500-word personal statement and attend an on-campus admissions interview.
Applicants with a degree completed within the last five years from outside the UK or a majority English-speaking country must have a minimum 2:2 degree classification, complete a 300-word personal statement, demonstrate English language ability at CEFR Level B2, complete a 1,000-word reflective task, attend an on-campus admissions interview and undergo an APEL (Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning) process.
English language requirements
Applicants with a degree completed within the last five years from outside the UK or a majority English-speaking country must demonstrate English language ability at CEFR Level B2.
