SQE Law Essentials is an online law course focused on Functioning Legal Knowledge (FLK) for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE). It covers key areas of English and Welsh law while developing the analytical and practical legal skills needed to work through SQE-style legal questions.
The course begins with the English legal system, constitutional law and EU law, then covers contract and tort. Further study includes constitutional and administrative law, criminal law, land law and trusts.
