This online part-time course is designed to help legal professionals prepare for SQE1 through structured study of Functioning Legal Knowledge (FLK). Over 40 weeks, with an expected commitment of around 10 hours a week, you will work through areas including business law, dispute resolution, contract, tort, criminal law and practice, property practice, land law, wills, trusts and solicitors accounts. The course also addresses the legal system of England and Wales, constitutional and administrative law, EU law, legal services, and ethics and professional conduct.
Mock assessments, practice tests and weekly revision activities are used to build familiarity with the SQE1 assessment format and identify areas for further study.
