BA (Hons) Business Management (Human Resource Management) Top-Up

About this course
This online top-up degree is designed for students who already hold an HND in Business, or an equivalent Level 5 qualification, and want to complete an honours degree with a focus on human resource management.
You will explore how organisations manage people, develop talent and reward performance. The course also considers business transformation, entrepreneurship and innovation, corporate governance, law and ethics. An independent study gives you the opportunity to investigate a business or HR-related area in greater depth.

Assessment

Entry requirements
Applicants need an HND in Business or an equivalent qualification. Prior learning must be consistent with Level 5 study in business functional areas, including finance, marketing, operations management and human resource management.
English language requirements
IELTS 6.0 overall, with no element below 5.5; TOEFL iBT 80; or an equivalent qualification.
Previous study taught in English may also be accepted, for example through a letter confirming English as the medium of instruction.
